Pregnancy is a time of self discovery. The begining of a journey to birth a child, to become a mother. She needs to go inward and work with her child a way to birth her baby, birth a mother.

I am a Doula, Sound and Energy Healer, working with plants, movement. My deepest desire with my work as a Doula is to assit Pregnant Mothers in connecting deeply to their experience at every stage of becoming a parent, introducing beautiful rituals, empowering mindset and helping to overcome any worry, anxiety, inviting new, fresh and inspired perspective. My deepest desire is to assit you in discovering and crafting personalised vision for your personal unfolding and brining your child into the world.

The idea of this work is to provide physical, emotional and spiritual support during pregnancy and prepare from this perspective for the birth and parenthood.

Here I am going to outline two offerings :

Pregnancy Energy Healing/Coaching Sessions

During these sessions, we work with chosen intention in each of the three stages:

  • Pregnancy Energy Healing/Coaching Session (1,5h)

  • Birth Energy Healing/Coaching Session (1,5h)

  • Postnatal Energy Healing/Coaching Session (1,5h)

  • Follow up call after each session

  • Integration with Heart Temple Meditation ( over Zoom )

  • Holistic Antenatal Class ( 2,5 hours )

  • Pregnancy Energy Healing/Coaching Session (1,5h)

  • Sound Bath (1,5h)

  • Integration with Heart Temple Meditation ( Zoom )

  • Personalised Essential Oils Blend for Labour ( to arrive in a post )
