Agata’s custom prepared blends of oils have become a very important part of my life. Pregnancy Massage

I am so grateful having received a pregnancy massage from Agata, which has left me deeply relaxed, blissful and joyful. This is not your usual massage experience.

Based on a short intake interview, Agata will pick essential oils that work on your individual needs. She uses these in the massaging oil, so while I received a gentle yet deep whole-body massage, I was also bathed in an amazing smell. Agata has a deep understanding and knowledge of the oils, so I felt completely safe and knew I would receive the specific healing qualities that I needed. What makes the massage even more powerful and holistic, is the integration of sound therapy. This is a perfect completion, and after Agata’s caring touch and working through the tensions of my body, I felt the sound travelled through me with ease, restoring balance deep within my - and my growing baby’s – cells.

Agata works with great precision and expertise, but most of all it is her passion and her incredible intuition and tuning in to your individual needs that makes her treatment so special. It was a holistic full sensory experience that I felt worked on all levels of my being.

Theta Healing

Thank you so much for being with me on this joueny. Theta Healing while allowing me to experience emotions in a real and deep way.. it works better for me then talking (psychodynamic) therapy because it allows me to connect to myslef and engage with feelings. I am very good at intellectualising my problem and explaining already presenting it with an analysis which in reality only detaches me from the issue.

Theta is not linear in any sense and I love that about it. “Demonstration against the straight line”. However Theta is still wordly so it always inspires me to use it afterwords.
